MDS Scribe for Swing Beds is ready for delivery.
With the retirement of CMS jRAVEN, and the iQIES UI manual entry software, non-Critical Access Hospitals and smaller Skilled Nursing Facility nurses need an inexpensive solution. The MDS Scribe Tool for Swing Beds allows creation of ST, SP, IPA, SD and XX assessments. The MDS Scribe Tool for SNFs allows creation of all SNF Item Sets, including NC, ND, NP, NPE, etc.
No more paper and pencil needed. Complete the necessary fields of an MDS assessment in our easy to use Excel tool and generate the .xml file with a push of a button. File can be saved to PDF, printed for surveyors, uploaded into 3rd party software for transmission or transmitted directly to iQIES. With a built in HIPPS code calculation button (and CAT calculator for SNF), filling in Z0100 and Section V is a breeze. Items that contribute to PDPM calculation are indicated with a $ so no money is left on the table!
