MDS Scribe is being used by hospitals around the country!
What if I don’t own a copy of Excel?
For the MDS Scribe Tool to function, your hospital must have either the Microsoft 365 with Excel for Desktop subscription or the Excel DESKTOP Version 2024 or newer. This is due to Microsoft security update availability.
Do I get a discount for future upgrades?
Absolutely! Current customers will receive the newest version of the tool at a 15% discount.
How does the billing process work?
Once Facility ID information is received, a link to PayPal will be sent or invoice arrangements made. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the Tool and a license key file.
What is the process for managing updates?
As soon as CMS publishes updates to the MDS, our team will begin working on the updates to the MDS Scribe. If the updates are part of the current Fiscal year version, the updated version will be sent free of charge. New version to the MDS will require a new licensed copy each September.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes. Your company will receive a Paid Invoice upon receipt of Payment.
Payments will be processed securely through PayPal or by check.
